Martin was the co-founder of Dupree Creative over 20 years ago, probably the best known brand development agency that specialises in outdoor markets in the UK and internationally. These markets include farming, agriculture, field sports and many more.

Following 7 years heading up brand development with a London-based agency Martin took the Creative Director position at EMAP (now Bauer Media) overseeing brand development for advertisers in outdoor pursuit magazines including Country Walking, Trail, Sporting Gun, Today’s Golfer and Fore! This wealth of experience in the outdoors has helped achieve a track record of helping to grow businesses, large and small. His team creates or builds brands by initially identifying a point of difference and then providing clarity of message or story. This is key when diversifying or setting up a new business or new product and an integrated strategic planning process is also fundamental if you are going to amplify that story to the right audiences in the right way.
