After completing a project developing a farming operation in Chile, Oliver moved into agricultural consultancy specialising in health and safety.

It is a legal requirement for a business employing five or more staff to have a documented health and safety policy and risk assessments. This seminar will explore the importance of a robust and comprehensive health & safety management system in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, and also in relation to contractor management and vehicle compliance for rural businesses. Through practical application, Oliver will explain how businesses can benefit from a fundamental system which helps to deliver and fulfil moral, legal and financial obligations in the workplace.
