Rob Copley is the owner of Pontefract based Farmer Copleys alongside his wife, Heather. With the desire for amazing food, fantastic local produce and a warm welcome, Farmer Copleys has also showcased through its Moo Café, how Britain and especially Yorkshire can compete with the very best the culinary world has to offer. Rob also acts as Chairman of the Farm Retail Association, which champions the people and businesses who grow and sell produce Great British produce.

Edward Berry is the face of The Flying Fork, a Food and Retail consultancy for independent farm shops, delis and producers. Edward has over 35 years of food retail experience, and was Managing Director of the Ludlow Food Centre (now Ludlow

Farmshop), a unique £5m turnover enterprise employing 130 people that combined an award winning farm shop with its own dairy making cheese, as well as bakery, butchery, production kitchen, jams department as well as a restaurant, café and hotel.
